Set in a tight parcel within a gated community, the club house treads lightly at the lower level. The multipurpose pavilion at the lower level seamlessly connects with the pool on one side and play area on the other, acting as a buffer while still retaining porosity. The gym, yoga deck and wash rooms complete the program. The design is structural rationalist, allowing the rhythm of the RCC columns and brick skin to modulate varying degrees of porosity below and privacy above, whilst rationaing material on a budget driven design.
